If you work or are visiting Times Square you know that it is not the easiest place to find healthy food options. But look no further than the heart of the square itself.
Located at Duffy Square is a new fast-food company without the guilt. TYME, carries a mission statement of bringing together its best elements: taste, convenience, speed, affordability – all in a healthy way.
At the kiosk you will find delicious to-go jars with eight flavor combinations (Mexican, Indian, Falafel, Soba, Italian, Carrot Hummus, Cauliflower Rice & The Original).
Each one is savory, delicious and a great deal in an expensive area. Retailing for $10 each it is perfect for lunch or an early dinner.
There are also wonderful veggie chip delights and healthy soda and water options. Each meal is nutritionally balanced and is handmade daily by TYME chefs. You can even bring back your clean jar for a bit of a discount.
TYME was started by Phil Winser (founder of the Fat Radish) and Felipe Hallot (who held global roles at Burger King) . They come from dramatically different food worlds, but combined they have created some foodie magic not to be missed.
The kiosk is open from 10 a.m. until midnight until December. Our only wish is that it would be here longer and that time would stand-still for it.
