Whichever way you choose to go, exercise is important. However, you need the right amount of exercise. Too much exercise puts too much stress on your body, which is unhealthy and may lead to other issues.   1. Expecting a drop in weight immediately

Most people start the weight loss journey thinking that once they follow their diet or exercise for a few days, the scale will automatically drop.
