In comparison to dry saunas, the infrared can be used at temperatures between 110 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Sauna sessions last 15 to 45 minutes and it’s recommended to repeat them once or twice a week in order to maximize the benefits. People prefer to use this type of sauna, because unlike the dry sauna, they warm your body in the same manner as natural sunlight. With dry saunas, people may have difficulty breathing, but with an infrared far sauna, things are different. They heat the body directly, producing a pleasant warming inside the body.

Although there are many health benefits that far infrared saunas have over dry heat saunas, it’s quite difficult to make the right choice. Whether you are using a dry sauna or an infrared one, you will have a healthy and relaxing experience.
