Glass Comes Down From 41st Street’s Hilton

On Monday glass came shattering down 15 stories onto the street and several parked cars in Times Square. It happened Monday at around 4:15 at the Hilton Times Square Hotel on West 41st Street near Eight Avenue, according to the FDNY.

Cab driver Manny Morocho, 54, was driving along the block with passengers in the back, when the glass smashed, breaking his back windshield.

No one was hurt and the block was closed to traffic.
