Man Shot In The Head at Tonic Bar in Times Square

33-year-old Perseus Salichs went out to have a smoke Tonic Bar at Seventh Avenue around 3am. Salichs, who was attending a holiday party when he was shot. He was held by a unknown women and later died at Bellevue Hospital. Salichs worked at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Harlem.

The suspect was seen running north up Seventh Avenue. Investigators are still combing the area and Tonic bar for surveillance video and evidence as they try to zero in on the suspect.

The victim and the suspect just happened to see each other Monday night. No-one knows why this shooting took place.
