Road to Wellness at Modrn Sanctuary

Road to Wellness at Modrn Sanctuary

In New York we constantly face a level of stress that does not compare to other parts of the world. The constant paving of the pavement and grinding along on a daily basis can take a toll on our lives. But, there is one place in Manhattan that is changing that. At Modrn Sanctuary you will find the salvation of your soul and the recharging of your energy.

Conveniently located in the heart of NoMad (12 West 27th Street) is a luxury wellness center that creates a sense of euphoria and bliss. The motto is that this is a place to treat not just your body, but as importantly your mind.

Unlike other spas that can feel a lack of original character, Modrn Sanctuary is a home away from home for the heart where one finds comfort in advantageous techniques and methods. A day full of worry about work and fluttering emotions about your kid’s upcoming homework due melts away.

The moment you walk in you are greeted with peace. From the art on the wall to the design of the room is a thoughtful interpretation of how to start your journey. The lovely tea offered on arrival is as warm as the smiles at the concierge desk.

Treatments are vast in variety and full of healing intentions. Within the confines of the 5,000 square foot wellness center are services such as Hypnotherapy, Holistic Skincare, Thai Body Work, Reiki, Aromatherapy and Cupping.

A truly incredible experience can be found in the state of the art offering of Crystal Light Therapy. While laying flat on the Quantum Resonance Crystal Bed your body begins to release tension and your mind starts to open up to the sensations of bliss. The session runs approximately 60 minutes and within that time you and your practitioner work together to stimulate a frequency within your person. The vibrations, frequencies, scalar and intention all work together in en-training your cells. There is divine intelligence here that in essence relaxes your brain and takes you to a central place in your head that makes you shift your focus to a level of concentration that you have not felt in a while. The combination of sound, lights, crystals and magnets is life changing.

A second offering at Modrn Sanctuary is a gorgeous Himalayan Salt Room that promotes healing and self-discovery. Other similar rooms in town do not compare to this impeccable layout. Everything is well thought out including the soothing music playing to the perfectly filtered air. It is easy to meditate in here as the salts cleanse you.

On top of all this the center also offers one-of-a-kind classes, as well as luxurious products for your home. Truly the offerings of this center are stellar. The staff is to be applauded for creating a sanctuary of wellness.
