Summer Snacking Delights

Summer Snacking Delights

With summer coming to an end it does not mean that there is still not time to pack that picnic for a long Sunday in the park or a Saturday at the beach. We found some fun things to pack to go along with your sandwiches.

If you are an adult looking for sophisticated twist on a drink then look no further than Half-Seas Sparkling Cocktails. Often the fuss of bringing a bottle of alcohol along with a mixer and ice and fruit can be a huge headache. But, in one can you can find a chilled bit of delight.

The tastes are not overwhelming in sweetness and fizzle softly in the mouth. After a few sips you are carried away from any stress of finding that perfect picnic spot on the hillside.

They are convenient and full of fun. And, the cans are cute and will add to the festive layout at your little summer sun party. Flavors include: The Half-Seas Bramble, which pays tribute to that original recipe with the added touch of effervescence; the Daiquiri with rum, water, lime and sugar; and the tantalizing Paloma, the well-known tequila-based drink of Mexico. Half-Seas takes this traditional cocktail a step further with Half-Seas own all-natural grapefruit soda for a personalized touch and delicious twist.

For the snacking mind try Natural Sins. These are a twist on potato chips with a Costa Rican flair.

Ingredients are very simple and are truly good for you. There are flavors of sweet Pacific Crest mangos; a divine crunchy Coconut; a perfectly flavored volcanic grown pineapple; and a fascinating mountain-sprouted beet.

They are simply sliced veggies and fruits that are baked with goodness. Adults to toddlers love them. We love the low sugar content and perfectly sized bags.

Happy summer to all and happy picnics this weekend.
