Executive Chef Franco Robazetti has created an excellent arrangement of dishes to match. The creativity and international inspiration of Robazetti is glorious. Every order will surprise you in how tasty it is backed up by passionate appreciation for the diner.

The Guacamole stand is incredible. As you sit with the cool breeze coming in from the water the delicious appetizer is made right next to you. The dish can be made classically or topped with enormous pieces of lobster claw.

Other amazing appetizers include Peel and Eat Shrimp that is cooked in a boil of beer, herbs and spices; as well as yummy Lobster Quesadillas with pepper jack cheese perfectly grilled. There is also the Surf City Salad with fresh kale, dried cranberries, pickled red beets, pineapple chunks and tomatoes tossed in mango balsamic dressing.

For entrees the new Lobster Roll is out of this world. With the warm buttery potato bun holding scrumptious chunks of Poached Main Lobster mixed with celery and a special blend of herbed aioli. There are also traditional burgers, and a fascinating Beyond the Meat Veggie Burger. It is 100% plant based with peas, coconut oil and beets. Vegetarians at your table may have a hard time believing the texture and look of the patty is not beef. Also for another healthy option the Salmon is to be adored for having a gorgeous perfect fillet along with steamed vegetables.
