Take a Master Class With Jennifer Colella at NYMF

Join Broadway’s Outer Critics Circle Award winner, Drama Desk Award winner, and current Tony nominee Jenn Colella (Come From Away, If/Then, Chaplin) for a song interpretation master class that will focus on the skills behind acting the song and nailing your audition. Jenn Colella has taught master classes all over the country at prestigious Universities including Columbia, NYU, Juilliard, NY Stage and Film, Utah State, and the University of California, Irvine. Come prepared with your best 16 or 32 bars.

Jenn will spend one-on-one time individually coaching 8-10 participants during the class. These 8-10 participants will be selected through a short application process. Applications are now open for the one-on-one training through June 16th. Apply here.

The regular group participation in the masterclass (without individualized coaching), will be on a first come, first served basis when individual tickets go on sale, June 15.

Tickets: $90 one-on-one participation fee; $75 regular participation fee.

Suzanna, co-owns and publishes the newspaper Times Square Chronicles or T2C. At one point a working actress, she has performed in numerous productions in film, TV, cabaret and theatre. She has performed at The New Orleans Jazz festival, The United Nations and Carnegie Hall. Currently she has a screenplay in the works, which she developed with her mentor and friend the late Arthur Herzog.
