Vegan Lovers Cause to Celebrate in Rockefeller Center

An amazing thing has happened for healthy food lovers in Rockefeller Plaza. On October 31st, by CHLOE. opened the doors of its newest Rockefeller location at 1 Rockefeller Plaza (48th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues).by

The latest location stands true to the original concept, and takes it to a new level at the brands 5th New York City location and 8th nationwide.

The restaurant in design is fun luxury. From start to finish the touches bring joy to the environment. The new 2,666 square-foot, 54-seat, and cashless location offers the core menu that guests have come to love, from signature house-made burger patties, hand-crafted salads, and fresh pastas, to cold-pressed juices, Chill by CHLOE. dairy-free ice cream, a wide variety of grab-and-go offerings, freshly-baked Sweets by CHLOE., and seasonally-changing Market Specials.

byEvery dish is delightful. Even if you are not vegan you will love the food. The Quinoa Taco Salad with spicy seitan chorizo, black beans, corn and avocado mixed with crisp tortilla strips and agave-lime vinaigrette is divine and a perfect meal. An Avocado Pesto Pasta with cashew-based pesto, grape tomatos, and almond parm is perfectly balanced.

Other gems at the new location include a weekend brunch with offerings such as Smoothie Bowls and dishes called The Sunrise with Scrambled Tofu fixings on a whole wheat tortilla. Also a must are amazing daily smoothies, as well as incredible desserts.

Launching at the new location are two new smoothies, one black and one white, paying homage to the brand’s logo and branding, along with the brand’s monthly seasonal cocktail, wine and beer.

“Rockefeller Plaza is such an iconic part of the city with a mix of business, entertainment, retail, and sight-seeing,” said by CHLOE. Founder Samantha Wasser. “We’ve been a downtown brand for the past two years and knew from the start coming to Midtown Manhattan was essential. This by CHLOE. location is easily accessible for everybody, from everyday lunch-goers working in the neighborhood to visitors who are looking for a Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate before seeing the tree this winter. We’re excited to bring our 100% plant-based menu right to their backyard.”

The fast-casual brand is perfect for the neighborhood with ample seating, or convenient grab and go as well as pre-ordering on the website for quick pick-up. Both tourists and local workers will love the pace as much as the food.

Hours are Monday-Friday: 11am – 10pm; Saturday-Sunday: 10am – 11pm (Brunch until 4 pm).
