3 Home remedies for acne

The only thing that comes to your mind when you realize that you have acne is how you can get rid of it. The process is quite uneasy, but you just have to. However, there are various natural remedies for acne that can help you get rid of excess from your skin, get rid of acne-causing bacteria, minimize inflammation, and put a stop to future acne development. Meet the first natural acne treatment.

Use of honey

For a long time, honey has been a surefire remedy for most skin complications. For hundreds of years, honey has been used to clear debris and unclog blocked pores of the skin since it contains useful antioxidants. It is simple.

Once you have bought your honey, get a clean piece of cloth or cotton. You can also use your fingers in this procedure. But they should be very clean so that they do not induce bacteria or extra oils to the affected surface. Now, rub the honey onto the acne-affected surface. Alternatively, you can add the honey to your face mask.

Add Garlic to your diet

A lot of medical practitioners have used Garlic to boost the ability of the body to combat infections and germs. It has also been utilized in treating infections. It contains some compounds that are antibacterial and anti-inflammatory which improves the body’s ability to curb bacterial infections and prevent inflammations, respectively.

There are various ways to use Garlic. You can add it to your diet. Some people prefer having it added to their hot drink. Also, you can rub your favorite toast. Alternatively, you can chew it whole. Eventually, you will help in curbing inflammation and improve your body’s ability to curb bacteria.

Try aloe vera

Naturally, aloe Vera is an anti-inflammatory and an antibacterial plant. This connotes it can help in fighting bacteria that causes acne and at the same time, prevent the inflammation of your skin. Eventually, you will notice the breakouts disappearing since the cause has been removed and no more inflammation that takes place.

It is also a great moisturizer since it contains a lot of water. So, you can use it if you get dry skin because of using other acne curbing products. In most cases, it is non-reactive. This connotes that you can use it anytime you want.

If you do not feel like applying the gel from the aloe Vera leaves, then you can try a cream that contains aloe gel. However, since you needed a home-made procedure, you can cut the leaves of the aloe Vera and squeeze out the gel. Apply it cautiously on the affected areas. Be keen not to apply in your eyes because it can be irritative. Also, it is very bitter; thus, you should not swallow and apply the gel near your mouth where your tongue can reach anytime.

These are useful home remedies for acne. You can use them if you have acne. However, make sure you do not apply on sensitive parts (like the eyes), since some plants, like aloe Vera, can be very tough in your eyes.

If you use acne products – make sure they are natural-based. Protect your skin.
