A Few Fun Things for Fourth of July

Get ready for a fun Fourth of July today. Here are few hot things happening:

The fireworks are in close proximity to all that East Midtown has to offer. There are amazing restaurants and bars all along the corridor that are perfect for fireworks views. Also consider that local hotels in the neighborhood have some great roofs with bars and food as another option.

Grammy Award-winning DJ/producer Tiësto will perform at HRBR Project on Governors Island on July 4th, produced by RPM Presents. Thousands of fans will have the opportunity to see the dance music legend perform with the backdrop of the city’s skyline giving concertgoers an unparalleled Fourth of July experience from 4pm till Midnight. Tickets can be purchased by visiting, http://bit.ly/tiestojuly4th.

Surf City (1 Marin Blvd in Jersey City) will have a spectacular view of Liberty State Park’s fireworks with a background view of the Manhattan skyline. Enjoy the show and celebrate our independence while dipping your toes in the sand while sipping on  frozen cocktails and indulging in some of the best surf n turf food west of the Hudson.  Admission is free and you get easily get to the beach bar via the Grove St PATH station or docking your boat right up to the restaurant 🙂  For additional information check out Surf City’s facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/surfcitybar
