Beyond Your Average Meal at Beyond Sushi

Beyond Your Average Meal at Beyond Sushi

Eating healthy in Manhattan is as easy as 1, 2, 3 with Beyond Sushi. And, best of all this restaurant is a countdown to absolute bliss.

The plant-based, health conscious eatery is a true delight. The venues pay homage to seasonal fare and to their assortment of distinctive sushi rolls and other seasonal signature dishes is legendary. Chef Guy Vaknin and his wife Tali have brought innovation and joy to all of their locations (Union Square, Chelsea Market, FiDi, Nolita, W. 56th Street and W. 37th Street) and have done it with true craftsmanship and pride.

For those looking for fast, healthy options to a sit down meal with friends and family, there is simply no better place to look. Unconventional pairings of fruit and vegetables with whole grains create sushi rolls, rice paper wraps, hand rolls, salads, healthy sweets, and hand-pressed juices have been spoken about highly since opening doors. They now go above that with their new twists on some of the best vegan ‘cheeseburger sliders’ in The Big Apple and a catering menu that will bring out the fun to your office party and weekend events.

Brunch can be enjoyed at the Midtown location with beer and wine on tap. And a new dinner menu for fall is amazing and includes dishes like Impossible Kebabs with campfire potatoes, torched broccoli, ground mustard seed, harissa and pan roasted pine nuts, Stuffed Artichoke Hearts with turmeric ground seitan, celery root purée, green pea and mint sauce and last but not least, Spanakopita with flaky phyllo, spinach, feta, smoked paprika and dill caper dip.

By promoting their mission to serve sustainable, all-natural, and a compassionate way of eating for all they are neighborhood by neighborhood making a change for the better in healthy living on the east coast.  Their promise is to refresh and nourish your body while creating a new standard of clean eating.
