Miss Golden Globes Sistine, Scarlet and Sophia Stallone with their parents Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin
The Golden Globes for Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy went to Emma Stone, so they honored Meryl Streep with the Cecil B. DeMille Award. Streep used her platform to spoke against President-elect Donald Trump noting the “performance” that has stuck in her head was the mocking of New York Times reporter Serge Kovaleski, a disabled reporter. “It kind of broke my heart when I saw it,” she said, “and I still can’t get it out my head because it wasn’t in a movie, it was in real life. That instinct to humiliate when it’s modeled by someone in a public platform, it filters down into everyone’s life because it gives permission for others to do the same.” She continued with,”Disrespect invites disrespect, violence incites violence. When the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose.”
Dear Evan Hansen than Paske and Paul, also won their first Golden Statue.
