People feel like they can make a connection with an individual, a place or even a brand from thousands of miles away. But, the sensation is all nothing more than a fleeting quality since there can be very little substance to the initial attraction. It takes a powerful difference to make a true impact, especially when it comes to businesses out to succeed.
We recently sat down with one company that talked about how to make a dream for success a reality. ADME is a New York City based social media marketing agency that is doing admirable work. The work of the firm ran by co-owner and Creative Director Anastasiia Neronova is deserving of accolades and her advice is noteworthy.
Born in Kharkiv, Ukraine she moved to France to study and received a prestigious Master’s Degree in International Business. After working in IT for a short period of time, she quickly realized that a bigger career plan was about to take her on an incredible journey to the United States. While working she noticed that social media strategies were drastically evolving in the workforce and she decided to take a leap and expand on her educational background. She took her growing knowledge to soaring heights and created a bountiful career in the field of marketing. In 2015 she moved to America to branch out.
What was the thing that made you aware that it was time to explore Digital Marketing?
“I moved to New York City to work in marketing, diving into the world of digital advertising and absorbing as much experience as I could. I started working with different businesses – from large corporations to startups – trying to figure out that perfect social media formula that would suit them all. Well, it turned out it doesn’t exist.”
By 2017 you joined ADME. What made your firm become a leader in a competitive field?
“Everyone in New York City is result-driven and all the agencies aim to show the best performance, constantly forgetting about creativity and the human touch. People feel overwhelmed, interrupted, and stalked by annoying digital ads and bad marketing. What we do is connect with consumers in meaningful ways and create long-lasting value for the brands we work for,” she states with enthusiasm. “Plus, we always try to educate the client we work with. The more a client understands, the more he values your work.”
You have a broad range of services that implement an integrated marketing strategy for a brand’s goals like other companies. How is your vision unique?
“ADME insures that a company’s voice is heard loud and clear without ignoring the individual needs. Our firm does not forget the personal touch, We use a combination of unique social media campaigns, phenomenal photo shoots, innovative sales funneling for ad management, and unique web design and development to ensure business goals are met.”
What kind of clients do you work with usually?
“We work with everyone from food and hospitality to fashion and beauty. We even work with tiny tech startups to large car dealerships,” she continues. “It’s challenging and fun at the same time. We get to know new things and explore new horizons. That’s what I love about my job — I rarely have routine tasks to work on every single day.”
There seems to be constant requests by new clients in the New York City market and around the world. What is the thing you would say that makes you continue to grow?
“We know what the client wants even if he is not quite sure of it. We are also getting lots of requests regarding pubic relations services, so we are definitely thinking in this direction.”
