January brings closer to Broadway as February brings six new shows. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Miss Saigon close January 14th. Meteor Shower, has been selling over $1 million a week, got hit by the flu, and had to cancel Sunday’s performance. Amy Schumer was out for another shown as well, leading to a $400,000 drop in sales. They close January 21st. The Children closes February 4th, Latin History for Morons on February 25th and John Lithgow: Stories By Heart March 4th. Uma Thurman’s debut The Parisian Woman, has a March 11th closing, but may shut it’s doors sooner. Escape from Margaritaville,Frozen, Angels in America, Three Tall Women and Carousel all open in February. Lobby Hero opens in March, while Mean Girls, My Fair Lady, Rocktopia, Children of a Lesser God, The Iceman Cometh, The Donna Summer Musical, Travisties, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts 1 and 2, Saint Joan and The Boys In The Band all open in April.
