Vegans get ready to open your hearts and fill them up with joy. by CHLOE is at again with a stunning seasonal menu that will have all foodies singing with joy.
The fast-casual brand always is a spectacular option – not just a place for vegans. The menu is vast and the rotational seasonal selections only add to the blissful creations. Even if you like meet you will leave by CHLOE adoring plant-based food.
Current new items on the menu include a Clementine Lemonade; Smashed Avocado Toast with crispy chick-peas; and Cider Glazed Brussels Sprouts with yummy toasted almonds and cranberries.
On top of that there is also a special drink on the menu that extends healthy living. Daily Harvest, the subscription service specializing in frozen, plant-based, one-step-prep foods has joined forces for a limited-edition (until April) Dragon Fruit + Lychee smoothie. The smoothie consists of “farm-frozen” ingredients such as peach, banana, strawberry, lychee, dragon fruit, beet, pineapple, hemp hearts, and flaxseed.

Other menu items continue to soar and include gluten free items as well as kosher. The Greek Salad is light and a perfect lunch. The Avocado Pesto with a cashew-base lined with grape tomatoes and almond parm is a delicious pasta option. The Guac Burger continues to be a perfect house favorite with the scrumptious black bean, quinoa and sweet potato patty. And, of course do not forget the fries and the phenomenal Kale Artichoke Dip.
You cannot go wrong with a selection and it is surprisingly affordable year round. by CHLOE opened its flagship location in the heart of the West Village in New York City in July 2015. The plant-based restaurant aims to offer delicious, wholesome, vegan foods that fuel and energize without compromising flavor, taste or satisfaction. Since opening in 2015, by CHLOE. has grown to nine locations across the United States including New York, NY; Boston, MA; Silverlake, CA; and Providence, RI.
