Chef Bayless recently released his book More Mexican Every Day and discussed the beauty of the recipes with guests as he demonstrated three different selections featuring Modelo Negra. cantina

Guests enjoyed Grilled Duck Breasts with Mole ColoradoTacos of Garlicky Mexican Greens and the Modelo Negra Chocolate Float. They also enjoyed drinks crafted by Cantina Rooftop’s in-house mixologist, Nelson Lemus, while Executive Chef Gonzalo Colin and his team were on hand to help Chef Bayless with the preparation of the meal. Dishes were delicious, and all guests were gratefully gifted signed copies of Bayless’ new cookbook.
