Celebrity Trainer Erin Oprea Brings Zumba to Big Apple

Last week celebrity trainer, Erin Oprea, teamed up with STRONG by Zumba to create two high-intensity workout routines in New York City. To launch the routines, Erin co-led a STRONG by Zumba class where her celebrity client, Jana Kramer, flexed & toned with her. STRONG by Zumba is not dance. It is a high-intensity workout that is led by music, with every beat synched to every move.

STRONG by Zumba®, the high-intensity workout program, announced it has partnered with Celebrity Trainer and Author Erin Oprea to create new workout routines that will live in class and on all digital platforms. This is the first time Oprea has partnered with a branded fitness program, as well as the first time STRONG by Zumba has developed content with an outside fitness partner. 

“There is so much synergy between my fitness beliefs and STRONG by Zumba, so the partnership was a perfect fit,” said Erin Oprea. “What attracted me to this program is the music and how every movement is matched to a beat! I am all about workouts that motivate you, encourage pretty muscles, and incorporate amazing music, so I couldn’t be more excited to team up with them.”

STRONG by Zumba® is a non-dance, group exercise class that combines body weight exercises with muscle conditioning, martial arts and plyometric training moves specifically designed and synced to original music. The brand is notorious for working with music’s biggest artists such as Timbaland and Steve Aoki.
