Junior’s, the iconic Brooklyn diner will be taking over where Ruby Foo’s use to be at 1626 Broadway. It will debut next year with 300 seats, a bakery and live entertainment. Junior’s already has a place at 1515 Broadway and that will remain open. This is actually the third Junior’s in New York, with the original location in Brooklyn. Junior’s has been there for over 60 years. The restaurant also has a location in Connecticut and had a location in the Grand Central Terminal, but it closed in April after a fire.
