Summer is here and your body is about ready to get sizzling hot and your mind is going to be blown away.

COMPLETE is launching on June 1 and the New Yorkers could not be happier. The new health club from the team behind the CompleteBody gym and spa clubs is buzzing all over town. Fitness fanatics are getting ready to flock to the new location at 25 West 14th Street in less than two weeks.

Founder and celebrity trainer, Alex Reznik, created the CompleteBody system to reflect enhancing and maintaining the body through a collaboration of elements, all essential to achieving health and wellness. 

COMPLETE is the next evolution of this philosophy as it is an exclusive health club with a focus on wellness, in addition to fitness.

They focus on enhancing and maintaining the body through a collaboration of elements, all essential to achieving health and wellness. COMPLETE’s personal trainers are leaders in their perspective fields, often holding advanced degrees and certified by some of the most respected health and wellness institutions. They create programs that are safe, effective and enjoyable for everyone.

The gym will offer 30 group fitness classes over the summer including Circuit25, Cardio Boxing, Body Combat, Zumba, Barre Fusion, Spin, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, Buti Yoga, and Core+Stretch, among many others. In addition to group fitness and personal training, COMPLETE offers spa services in three spa rooms with a waiting area, a room with four saunas, a cafe and a member’s lounge perfect for some good old fashioned R&R or to get some work in during the day. Soon will also be the incredibly popular Cryotherapy.

In addition there are other amazing perks including alocker and laundry service, Himalayan Salt Lounge, and a beautiful rooftop sanctuary.
