Tony Awards

Again the fabulous Hollywood reporter shines

Best Play

What will win: The Humans: This show has pedigree with Scott Rudin, Barry Diller, Roundabout Theatre Company, Fox Theatricals, James L. Nederlander, Daryl Roth, Broadway Across America, Sonia Friedman and The Shubert Organization all on the producing side this show was never losing.

What Should win: Eclipsed or The Father: Both of these are better shows.

Best Musical
What will win and should win: Hamilton: Is there even a doubt?

Best Revival of a Play

What will win: Arthur Miller’s A View from the Bridge: This is a broadway favorite, but in all honesty I do not understand how this can be called Arthur Miller’s. Had he seen this production he would have been livid. Arthur Miller hated his work to be changed from what he intended.
