For the past twenty-six years, after her mother was diagnosed with leukemia, artist/designer, Jane Elissa has been raising money for Leukemia and Cancer research. Her annual benefit was held Monday night at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square. Featuring Broadway’s Sean McDemott (Miss Saigon, Chicago, StarlightExpress and many others. He was also on the Guiding Light), Michael Lanning (Civil War and Bonnie and Clyde), Jackie Zeman (General Hospital), Missy Keene, Kristen Alderson (One Life to Live and General Hospital) and others the guests were completely entertained. At my table was a mother, her two young girls, there nanny and her friend. It was the two young girls who did not want to leave and wanted to come back next year.
