In 1963, Charles Dumont and Jacques Brel, composed the song “Je m’en remet à toi” for Edith Piaf. Due to ill health and her death on October 10 1963 at age 47, Piaf never had a chance to record this song.  On September  19, 2017, As an hommage, “Je m’en remet à toi” was performed by Anne Carrere and Charles Dumont at Olympia Theater in  Paris to a sold out audience.  After a standing room only performance last year in Carnegie Hall, PIAF! The Show will return to New York  on April 18 – 20, 2018 at 7:30pm. The show will be at FIAF Florence Gould Hall, 55 East 59th St. NYC. http://fiaf.org/events/spring2018/2018-04-18-piaf-concert.shtml
