Eataly Excites in Flatiron with First-Ever Kiosk

Eataly Excites in Flatiron with First-Ever Kiosk

Oh, New Yorkers love Italy and Italy loves us. Eataly has just opened their first-ever kiosk and the excitement is felt with passion all over Flatiron.

On the North Public Plaza across the street from its flagship store located on 23rd and Fifth Avenue lays the new kiosk, called Eataly in Flatiron Plaza. Locals and tourists alike will find the most amazing delights in the beautiful setting. Great bites, fantastic service and joyful surrounding art will be here year round.

Highlighting the menu are two Eataly staples – Pizza al Padellino and artisanal gelato.

The divine Pizza al Padellino is made with a blend of organic stone-milled and type 0 Mulino Marino flours. The dough is naturally leavened for more than 24 hours, stretched directly onto a padellino pan, left to rise again, and then topped with a selection of Eataly’s high-quality, fresh ingredients . One bite will have you singing.

Selections include Margherita, $10.90 (San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Eataly House-Made Mozzarella, Fresh Basil); Gricia, $11.90 (Eataly House-Made Mozzarella, Onion, Tempesta Guanciale, Pecorino Romano DOP), and a seasonal vegetable pizza. And, all of Eataly’s gelato is made in-house daily in small batches using local, pasteurized whole milk from Hudson Valley Dairy farm. Every flavor is a must try.

To add to the lovely kiosk Eataly in Flatiron Plaza is outfitted with a custom design by Patrick Vale, an acclaimed UK artist based in Brooklyn, who specializes in life-like sketch drawings of urban cityscapes.

Stop by daily from 11AM–9PM to taste your own amazing escape to Italy in the city.
