Freaky Friday With The Mamarazzi’s, Disney, Heidi Blickenstaff and Cozi Zuehlsdorff Final Interview

At a fabulous brunch The Mamarazzi’s Denise Albert hosted a breakfast for Disney Channel’s Freaky Friday!  Heidi Blickenstaff, Cozi Zuehlsdorff and Executive Producer Susan Cartsonis joined in for a fabulous brunch at The Essex House as we heard all about filming. Click here for part 1,  here for part 2, here for part 3 and here for part 4.

Cozi Zuehlsdorff is known for her role as Hazel Haskett in the movie Dolphin Tale and the sequel, Dolphin Tale 2. Cozi also appeared in numerous TV shows, such as Mighty Med, Code Black, The Last Tycoon, and Liv and Maddie. However, you can expect Zuehlsdorff to become a much more prominent household name once fans see her take on the role of Ellie.

One of Cozi’s biggest passions is songwriting, She wrote the end credit song to Dolphin Tale 2 with Eric Berdon, and has also written the title song in Freaky Friday with Matthew Tishler. In this case, Disney had very specific guidelines and ideas for the song, so Matt and I worked within those to create the song. She is currently in the process of writing a musical.

Cozi and Heidi Blickenstaff, who plays her mom, Katherine, in the DCOM Freaky Friday have become extremely close and you can see that chemistry on film.

Freaky Friday premiere’s tonight, August 10 at 8pm EST, 7pm CST, and 8pm PST on the Disney Channel.
