Hamilton Dominates The Tony Award Nominations With 16 Nods

Nominations for the honors celebrating the best of the Broadway season were unveiled Tuesday morning live from the Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel in New York, and as expected Hamilton lead the way. The breakout musical set a record with 16 total nominations, including Best Musical, Best Actor in a Musical, Best Actress in a Musical and anything and every thing it could be nominated for.

The awards will be handed out on June 12 at the Beacon Theatre, at a ceremony hosted by The Late Late Show’s James Corden (a Tony winner for One Man, Two Guvnors in 2012).

Suzanna, co-owns and publishes the newspaper Times Square Chronicles or T2C. At one point a working actress, she has performed in numerous productions in film, TV, cabaret and theatre. She has performed at The New Orleans Jazz festival, The United Nations and Carnegie Hall. Currently she has a screenplay in the works, which she developed with her mentor and friend the late Arthur Herzog.
