Hood Cottage Cheese Shares Valentine’s Day Love

Hood Cottage Cheese Shares Valentine’s Day Love

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. While chocolates and flowers are nice there are also several other ways to celebrate and show some love. This week Hood Cottage Cheese held an intimate event at Haven’s Kitchen that inspired guests to fall for cottage cheese all over again.

Food stylist, and recipe developer, Judy Kim, hosted the fabulous event that highlighted two creative build-you-own food bars offering an exclusive first taste of Hood Cottage Cheese’s newest flavors—Strawberry and Cracked Pepper—which will be available in stores beginning March 2019.

A fantastic handcrafted bruschetta bar started the evening and featured Hood’s Cottage Cheese with Cracked Pepper. And for dessert, guests built their own banana splits using Hood’s Cottage Cheese with Strawberry, customized with artisanal toppings such as acai whipped cream and candied blood orange. The taste and texture of Hood is simply wonderful.

Showing guests how easily cottage cheese can go from a kitchen staple to an entertaining centerpiece, Judy Kim created a charming tablescape of charcuterie boards and cheese plates paired with cottage cheese, and ended the evening with a demonstration of simple pro tips for elevating social gatherings and home entertaining.
