The reason why many people tend to avoid exercise as a means of stress relief is due to a busy schedule wearing them out by the end of the day. Too many work responsibilities will likely make you want to spend the rest of the day and night sleeping, but that is where things get tricky. Those who experience life in a vicious work cycle will begin to feel like a cog in a never-ending machine. You start to feel less like a human being and more like a robot designed to eat, sleep and work.

One of the best ways to get some control of your life is through exercise. It does not have to be anything strenuous – you can start simply by going for a walk.
