Your skin has cannabinoid receptors so by applying CBD topically you can help relieve things like skin irritation, acne and eczema as well as deeper issues like arthritis and strained or sore muscles. Depending on the severity of the injury or pain, you may want to use a topical treatment for more immediate relief paired with a tincture for combined effect. The topical will help ease the pain and swelling from the outside while the tinctures will help from the inside.
