The 258th annual NYC St. Patrick’s Day Parade “Marching on the streets of New York since 1762 – the oldest, largest, and the best in the world.” as advertised on the official parade program lived up to its billing yesterday as New Yorker’s of all backgrounds came out to celebrate the cities Irish Heritage. It is often said that everyone is Irish in NYC on St. Paddy’s Day. The incredibly beautiful display of diversity at yesterdays parade is simply a microcosm of the overall diversity of New York City, truly the greatest strength of The Greatest City in The World. Enjoy a few photos below from yesterday festivities. Included is large gallery of photos of participants and spectators alike. More Photos will be added to the gallery this evening.
