Juan Pablo Di Pace blew us away with his show at The Green Room 42 An Evening with Juan Pablo Di Pace.

One of the best things about this concert was Di pace’s ordinal tunes that are commercial pop sounding with out sounding cliche. “Be Ready” Was one of those tunes.

Joni’s Mitchell’s “Both Sides Now” was a plaintive plea in examining life.

Back to a George Michael Tune “Freedom 90” not only showed off Di Pace, but his amazing band with Eric Halvorson on drums, Simon Kafka guitar, Michael Blanco on bass, the soulful Mary Dormand on cello and his amazing arranger, background vocalist and musical director Charlie Alterman on piano.

On “Fuller House” Di Pace sang “Sunrise, Sunset” to his daughter. Closing out the show his melodic voice repeated that moment.

This show was well paced, intelligent, humorous and incredibly watchable.
