Downtown last night was full of luxurious glamour as super star Kate Beckinsale celebrated her stunning new cover of DuJour.
The breathtaking beauty’s fantastic soirée was hosted by DuJour Founder Jason Binn. Invited guests mingled and sipped Whispering Angel as they eagerly awaited for the star of Amazon’s The Widow to enter the party.
Gracing the room in a gorgeous gown, she sat with elegant poise and created a lovely stir in the air that quickly became the buzz in town as the hottest event of the week.
The celebration at PHD Lounge paid homage to the latest magazine cover as well as the work of famed photographer Mark Seliger.
In the issue Beckinsale opens up about her career goals, the evolution of her beauty routine, and what it was like moving to Africa for The Widow.
“It was the first job that I was offered where I said, ‘Well, I guess I can do this now, because my daughter just went to college, and I can’t say, No, I have to be home,’” she said in DuJour about accepting the role in the new Amazon series. “I’ve been saying when she leaves home I’ll have all this creative freedom, and then literally the moment she steps out the door, they called and said, ‘Do you want to go to Africa for six months?’ and I’m like, ‘No, I can’t, I’m still at home sniffing her socks and going, I’m not ready!’
With great support and beautiful covers like this one Beckinsale is sure to be betting on being ready for a lot more wonderful things to come.
