Kate Shindle and Abby Corrigan The Spark of Creation

Kate Shindle and Abby Corrigan The Spark of Creation

In 2016, an 18-year old fresh out of high school and a much older lady with a lot of titles embarked on an adventure playing the very same lesbian cartoonist on a 14-month first national tour. They soon learned that they share great affection for big dogs, dry humor, inappropriate belting, and each other.

Join Kate Shindle (The Sting, Fun Home, Legally Blonde) and Abby Corrigan (Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert, Fun Home, Cabaret) for an eclectic evening of songs from both emerging and super famous musical theatre writers, a pop song here and there, and a couple gigantic duets aiming to blow the roof off the fabulous Feinstein’s/54 Below!

This show is part of Feinstein’s/54 Below’s Summer 2018 concert series: Duo Shows at 54! From partners to siblings to co-stars and beyond, these evenings will celebrate the special collaboration of two artists brought together. Join us as some of today’s greatest performers team up with each other for this unique and exciting series.
