Macy’s Celebrates Spring with Two Spectacular Events

The event will take place in New York City at the flagship location and other stores from MacysWednesday March 23 to Saturday, April 2, and on Macy.com from March 22 to April 2.

Customers will be guided through a vast array of fragrances for both men and women, classified in six glamorous “Scent Stories.” Macy’s shoppers have an exciting chance to go on fantastic journey of discovery to find the perfect scent for them.

At a recent preview, the talented perfumers Rodrigo Flores-Roux of Givaudan, Ralf Schwieger of MANE, Pascal Gaurin of International Flavors & Fragrances, Frank Voelkl of Firmenich, and Harry Fremont of Firmenich all highlighted the season’s signature scents amidst the stunning floral backdrop of Macy’s Annual Flower Show.

For the 42nd anniversary of the show in Manhattan, beautiful displays throughout the first floor section celebrate America’s vast and varied landscape. Visitors and shoppers can walk through the fabulous displays of flora indigenous to each of the nation’s regions in honor of iconic destinations from sea to shinning sea.

MacysFrom the Rocky Mountains to the hills of San Francisco the trip of wonder stimulates all the senses and creates magical moments.

“The displays are spectacular,” said Docent Robert Johnson, who gives display tours weekday mornings. “We also have a Bouquet of the Day that will change every two or three days when different celebrity designers come in to create masterpieces.

The flower show runs for two weeks and will be open to the public until Sunday April 3.
