Mamma Mia –KTCHN’s Marvelous Italian Makeover

KTCHN located in The OUT Hotel has gone to Italy and it is one amazing journey. A recent makeover to the menu at the famous location now offers guests from around the world a selection of delicious Italian classics including meatballs, pastas and homemade thin crust pizza.

Scrumptious options from Chef Crispin Mejia are truly divine. The humble chef, who is friendly and kind as his lovely staff, is out to please your taste buds. The menu offers a selection of handmade tossed pizzas including the classic Margherita with Italian tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella, and the Prosciutto with Romano and mozzarella.KtchnThe mastermind behind these new offerings is well known due to his fourteen years experience in the neighborhood and has taken from his culinary expertise at hotspots including Puttanesca, Crispin’s and Le Zie.

“I wanted to create a menu that appealed to the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood and you can’t go wrong with homemade pizza,” said Chef Crispin. He continues, “We will still offer KTCHN’s signature options like the KTCHN Burger for those looking to stick to their classic options.”KtchnFavorites include such hits as Classic Meatballs with homemade tomato sauce (they are fresh and homemade), as well as Calamari and Mussels. Another must try is the Spaghetti Carbonara with smoked bacon, pecorino Romano, eggs and cream sauce, and for a lighter option Garlic Spaghetti dressed with olive oil. Chef Crispin also offers for meat lovers Marinated Rib-Eye steak with roasted potatoes, Scottish Grilled Salmon with garlic sautéed spinach and caramelized plum tomatoes and Grilled Branzino with roasted potatoes and broccoli rabe. Portions are enormous and filling as they are big in taste. The best part is you feel like you are being treated to a great homemade treat by Grandma.
