Maria Friedman Talks About Lenny & Steve And More

Three-time Olivier Award winner Maria Friedman sat down with T2C and discussed her show Feinstein’s / 54 Below tonight, September 21, 22 & 23 at 7pm. The concert, which played a sold-out London run earlier this year, explores the work of composer-lyricist Stephen Sondheim and composer Leonard Bernstein. We also talked about her staging of the U.S. premiere of her acclaimed 2012 London revival of Merrily We Roll Along currently at the Huntington in Boston, MA starring Eden Espinoza, Damian Humbley and Mark Umbers and a production of Bernstein’s Mass coming soon.
