MvVO Art Launches AD ART SHOW
Colin of course is much funnier, and also manages to be much more politically incorrect than the current presidential candidate. Colin Quinn’s one man show at the Cherry Lane Theatre is almost like an audience participation event. He has the very New Yorkish way of leaving out the ending words of a sentence, and physically gesturing you to come up with those missing words. The early Indians, Dutch, British, Irish, Italians, Greeks, Jews, Spanish, and Asians are all targets of his rapid fire humor which make you yearn for the good old days of old fashion funny, good natured stereotyping ala Jackie Mason. Jerry Seinfeld directed the show and his style is a natural sync for Colin Quinn. Be prepared to laugh a lot (with a few enjoyable winces in between) at his show.
