My View: Did You Know Actors Are Good Spellers?

My View: Did You Know Actors Are Good Spellers?

The actors who were contestants in a special Broadway Bee presented by Broadway Bound Kids were put to the test at The Cutting Room last night. They passed with flying colors in a tough competition and Alix Korey was the Spelling Bee comfort counselor on hand to provide therapy for the losers. The best word of the night was Thirty Thousand, the amount raised for the organization which provides performing arts education for NYC kids regardless of their financial resources. Jessica Keenan (Win) Wynn was the winner but Christian Borle showed his spelling abilities. He was given Something Rotten to spell. Christian had the longest complicated word in the contest which he correctly spelled. I’m just hoping my spell checker has reviewed this article, there were hardly any words I got right silently spelling along during the evening.
