Summer is swinging in full gear and with it comes National Prosecco Week.
Toasts of crisp Prestige Rosé were made between guests were made at the opening reception as CEO and Managing Director of Freixenet Mionetto USA, Enore Ceola, greeted attendees. The beautiful Urbani kitchen then opened for an interactive evening and lessons in cooking from Roberto Caporuscio, Master Pizzaiuolo of Kesté.
The fantastic Prosecco & Pizza class was then followed by a sit down meal that reviewed the entire Mionetto portfolio including: Prestige Brut, Prestige Organic, Luxury Superiore, and Luxury Cartizze DOCG.
