Not My President’s Day Has Rally’s All Weekend

Thousands of people have vowed to spend their Presidents Day Weekend protesting President Donald Trump and his policies at “Not My President’s Day” rallies scheduled to take place in at least 25 cities across the country.

Today hundreds of people signed up to attend a “New Orleans-style mock funeral” at Washington Square Park. “Mourners” are asked to wear black or dress up as past presidents.

On Monday more than 12,000 New Yorkers are said to be attending the rally, while 47,000 said they were interested in going on Facebook. The rally site is at Broadway and West 65th Street. The headed onto West 66th and then south onto Central Park West. Once CPW is filled, the police will close West 65th and bring you in from West 68th Street. The rally starts at noon and goes to 4pm.
