Patina Miller and Andrew Rannells Will Host The Tony Awards Nominations Announcements

The Tony Awards Nominations Announcement will be co-hosted by Tony Award winner and star of CBS’ “Madam Secretary” Patina Miller and Tony Award nominee and Grammy Award winner Andrew Rannells, who is currently seen on HBO’s “Girls.” Also in attendance will be William Ivey Long, Chairman of the American Theatre Wing; Heather Hitchens, President of the American Theatre Wing; Robert E. Wankel, Chairman of The Broadway League; Charlotte St. Martin, President of The Broadway League.

70th Annual Tony Awards Nominations will air live from the Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel on May 3rd. The announcement will be broadcast at 8:30 a.m. ET on CBS and at TonyAwards.com. Last year’s nominations were announced by Mary-Louise Parker and Bruce Willis.

The Broadway League and American Theatre Wing confirmed that the 70th annual awards show, which was originally set for Sunday, June 5, will now be held a week later on June 12. The ceremony will air live from the Beacon Theatre in New York City.

Suzanna, co-owns and publishes the newspaper Times Square Chronicles or T2C. At one point a working actress, she has performed in numerous productions in film, TV, cabaret and theatre. She has performed at The New Orleans Jazz festival, The United Nations and Carnegie Hall. Currently she has a screenplay in the works, which she developed with her mentor and friend the late Arthur Herzog.
