Resident Magazine Celebrates La Pulperia’s Victor Medina and Carlos Barroz Cover

La Pulperia Restaurants this week celebrated co-owners Victor Medina and Executive Chef Carlos Barroz on the cover of Resident Magazine’s October 2018 Dining issue with Editor-in-Chief Hillary Latos and Publisher Christopher Pape.

It was a glorious night at the Upper East Side location that honored the restaurant founders, loyal patrons and frequent visitors of La Pulperia Restaurant locations.

Guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres featuring a selection of La Pulperia’s classic and seasonal menu items including Roasted Pumpkin Empanadas, Salmon Wonton Tacos, Rye Eye Beef Tartare Bruschetta and Tuna Deviled Eggs. As guests mingled, attentive waitstaff poured the location’s signature cocktails UES Lady and La Pulperia UES with classic sangria and a fine selection of wines to complement.

Celebrating the momentous occasion, in collaboration with Resident Magazine, was a testament to the restaurant group’s popularity.

La Pulperia embraces the beauty of New York City’s melting pot, crafting seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes with culinary influences hailing from Spain, Italy, Russia, and France. The menu features classic and seasonal fare plus a delicious drink menu including specialty cocktails, margaritas, sangrias, and an extensive selection of wines.
