Rutgers Rally Falls Short

After being down by 20 points at one point Rutgers Scarlet Knights battled back against Big Ten rival Penn State but in the end came up one point short in a 66-65 heart breaker to the Nittany Lions. Captions and Cheer, Dance, Spirit, and Band photos to follow this evening. Brian Hester
