This week Sipsmith Gin hosted a perfect night to celebrate summer.
Brand Ambassador Keli Rivers and Georgette Moger-Petraske hosted the fabulous Oyster Salon where farm fresh oysters were paired with Milk and Honey classic cocktails featuring Sipsmith London Dry Gin.
Guests enjoyed the summer delights as they sipped curated cocktails along with tasty treats. On top of the grand experience attendees were able to learn the basics of shucking oysters.

Inspired by the two hundred years of London distilling history they have inherited; they balance modern technology with traditional recipes and techniques.
Botanicals are carefully sourced from all over the globe – choosing only the very best quality ingredients. Their recipe was inspired by one Master Distiller Jared in an eighteenth-century book called “The Complete Body of Distilling.” Each day, they load the stills with pure English wheat spirit and only enough botanicals to make one batch of gin in each still—a technique known as ‘one-shot’ distilling—and never making a gin concentrate or adding spirit after distillation.
