Spring has sprung in New York City! Here’s what’s in bloom with some fresh events:

THE NEW YORK EDITION X HAIKU’S BY PARKER VOSS

Where: Lobby Bar @ The New York EDITION (5 Madison Ave)

When:  April 23 – TONIGHT – 6PM-9PM

What: The perfect balance of intimate and social, come and enjoy cocktails and personalized Haiku’s by acclaimed poet Parker Voss at The New York EDITION.  

PUBLIC ARTS X CARMEN: TO HAVANA AND BACK 

Where: PUBLIC Arts @ PUBLIC Hotels (215 Chrystie St.)

When:  April  26th, 27th, May 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th 7:30PM

What: Traverse the confines of time and space with this spectacular take on the iconic story of Carmen, Don Jose, and Escamillo. A tribute to the glamour of times past, this epic tale of love, jealousy, and betrayal unfolds across the intimately elegant PUBLIC Arts performance venue.

DIEGO @ PUBLIC X RUBEN FOX JAZZ TRIO X LINCOLN CENTER

Where: Diego @ PUBLIC Hotels (215 Chrystie St.) 

When: Every Wednesday 7:30PM-10:30PM

What: Diego begins its monthly Jazz residency with the Ruben Fox Trio, in collaboration with Jazz at Lincoln Center. Ruben’s trio will be playing every Wednesday evening from 7:30PM-10:30PM in DIEGO. An alumnus of the Julliard School and of Lincoln center, Ruben and his band are not to be missed! 

HER NAME WAS CARMEN X WINE WEDNESDAY 

Where: Her Name Was Carmen (527 Broome St.) 

When: Every other Wednesday – next April 24th – 6:00 pm

What: Enjoy a decadent after-work drink guided by the expertise of Yuval Bar-kokhba, Carmen’s exceptional Wine Director and Sommelier. A master of his trade, Yuval is the President of the Cote d’Or Wine Society and bestows an unparalleled knowledge of fine wines both old and new. Each week, Wine Wednesday highlights wines from different regions of the world, providing guests with a brief history, exciting knowledge, and delicious taste!  The event will feature expertly curated music programming and specialty wine tastings.
