The Little Mermaid Swims Into The Hollywood Bowl

The Hollywood Bowl went “Under the Sea” during the weekend. The 1989 animated film The Little Mermaid played as as impressive cast and 71-piece orchestra added. The live concert was a star-studded experience, with Sara Bareilles as Ariel, Rebel Wilson as Ursula the Sea Witch, Darren Criss as Prince Eric, Norm Lewis and The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’s Tituss Burgess in their Broadway roles as King Triton and Sebastian and John Stamos as Chef Louis.
Besides the songs from the film, four of the songs from the Broadway musical were performed.
