Tommy James of Rock N Roll Fame Honored With Portrait at the Palm Restaurant
Last night, Tommy James of Rock N Roll fame, was honored with the unveiling of his portrait at the Palm Restaurant in New York  City theater district. The portrait was place above Tommy’s favorite table. Onlookers at the restaurant were excited  to see the Rock N Roll legend  in person.He was totally surprise and thrilled with the honor.  One of the biggest hitmakers of the 60’s, Tommy James, launched his own weekly radio show, “Getting’ Together With Tommy James,”  SiriusXM’s  60’s on 6 channel.
 As a frontman of The Shondells and as a solo artist, James had eight Top 10 hits in the 60’s and the early 70’s: “Hanky Panky,” “ I Think We’re Alone Now,” “Mirage,” “Mony Mony,” “Crimson and Clover,” Sweet Cherry Wine,” “Crystal Blue Persuasion” and Dragging’ the Line.”

Magda Katz has been in the entertainment world for most of her life as a child actress, assistant to the head publicist of Avco Embassy Pictures, theatrical print agent. She went on to manage the show business career of her 2 children for over 15 years. For the last five years Magda has been filming and editing video trailers of live performances as well as celebrity interviews. Broadway After Dark was the first website to feature her video trailers. She contributed in creating a star studded 90th birthday party for Mickey Rooney at Feinstein’s at the Regency Hotel.
