Tribeca Film Festival Pick – Laurence Fishburne’s ‘The Cave of Adullam’

The Tribeca Film Festival has returned with star-studded premieres, including Laurence Fishburne’s feature documentary, “The Cave of Adullam,” which world premiered at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival on Monday, June 13, at Village East by Angelika. Whoopi Goldberg moderated the post-screening Q&A. 

Laurence Fishburne, the filmmakers, and the cast of The Cave of Adullam came together to celebrate the red carpet world premiere of the Cave of Adullam. The sold-out premiere was attended by stars Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, Academy Award and Emmy nominated director Laura Checkoway, cast member, Jason Wilson, who serves as co-producer on the film and author of Battle Cry and Amazon best-seller, Cry Like a Man: Fighting for Freedom from Emotional Incarceration, Banca Studio’s Roy Bank, and Wavelength’s Founder & CEO Jenifer Westphal and President Joe Plummer. Writer and producer Rodney Barnes and cast members Chris Norris, Kevin Collins, Daniel White, and Tamarkus Williams also attended.
