This Wednesday at the legendary Knickerbocker Club, New York City’s biggest art supporters and Triumph of Europe came out to enjoy stunning views of Central Park, as well as to share important details surrounding the upcoming Dancers For Good 2nd Annual Benefit.
The luncheon was the hot discussion of the day as the summer heat kicked in outside. Hosts Laura Nicklas, Julie Macklowe, Andrea Greeven Douzet, Sabine Riglos and Hal Rubenstein welcomed friends who enjoyed a light lunch while shopping Triumph’s newest lingerie collection. Guests included Dancers For Good’s Eric Gunhus, Barbara Davis of The Actors Fund, Adelina Wong Ettelson, Gigi Grimstad, songwriter Marieline Grinda, Yaz Hernandez, Lara Meiland-Shaw, Dr. Luiza Petre and Ramona Singer, among others.
The kick-off celebration to support Dancers for Good was full of good cheer for the beloved organization, as well as for the gorgeous Spring 2017 Triumph lingerie collection. Guests shopped for pieces in between speeches, and a portion of the proceeds were donated to the foundation.
Hosted by Bebe Neuuwirth, Dancers For Good’s spectacular benefit will open up the Hamptons summer season on June 3rd. The evening of dance, cocktails and food will feature thirty-six dancers from some of the most exciting and diverse troupes in the contemporary dance world including Paul Taylor Dance Company, American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet, Eryc Taylor Dance, Inc. among others. Proceeds go to support The Dancers’ Resource/Career Transition For Dancers of The Actors Fund, and Paul Taylor Dance Foundation.
